AT CATALINA
Purpose:

of women whose purpose is to know God ,and to
experience freedom as whole persons through
Jesus Christ. It is a creative, supportive fellow-
ship of women who meet for study, fellowship
and service. You are invited to become a part
of United Methodist Women at Catalina."
The new year of United Methodist Women will be a bright new season of Joy, Fellowship and Study.
Catalina United Methodist Women have 8 circles/sub-groups for you to choose from: Circle 1 meets the 2nd Monday at 7:00 p.m. in homes; Friendship meets the 2nd Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. in Room E23; Shalom meets the 4th Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. in Room E23; Mary/Martha meets the 3rd Friday at 7:00 p.m. in the Library; Priscilla Bible Study meets the 1st and 3rd Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. in Room E18; Fellowship/Crafts Group meets the 3rd, 4th and 5th Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m. in Room E18. You are invited to join with any of these groups which fit your schedule and interests.
THE GREAT RED BAZAAR raises money for missions. Thanks for all the support. This year's Red Bazaar is Saturday, November 6.
THE 21st ANNUAL WOMEN'S HOLIDAY BRUNCH will be Saturday, November 20, 2010.
This event was started 20 years ago by the Women's Ministry at Catalina and continues to be a beautiful way to begin our Christmas celebrations. The meal is served by the Singing Waiters, composed of men from the Sanctuary Choir. The wonderful food and great entertainment are all designed to prepare your hearts and minds for the Celebration of Christ's birth. Tickets will sell out quickly.
UNITED METHODIST MEN AT CATALINA
The United Methodist Men are a group of men of all ages who meet regularly for breakfast, fellowship, and service to their Lord.
From September through May the United Methodist Men meet on the first Saturday of each month for breakfast and a speaker. They have a wonderful time together and you are invited to become a part of United Methodist Men at Catalina!
United Methodist Men’s Breakfast
1st Saturday (September—May)
8:00 a.m., Fellowship Hall.
The next meeting is Saturday, September 5. The coffee is always ready by 7:45 a.m. and a great breakfast is provided.
