Young Adults
at Catalina

Catalina defines young adults as those ages 18-30+. There are many different types of opportunities for any age throughout this spectrum. One thing is for sure, you can come expecting to find an open, welcoming group of people.  All of our events are open to everyone, so bring your friends!  We can’t wait to meet you!

Discover Your Ministry: Young adults are involved in active ministry in so, so many ways at Catalina and in the community.  Your Ministry is a way for you to put into action the faith you have and make a positive impact on those around you. 
 
What's going on RIGHT NOW:

 

NEW SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS

Young Adults 24+ Years of Age    9:30 a.m.        E18
This is a Christian group where you can study and share your thoughts with others, even if they are divergent from your own.  You will be able to connect with other young Christians in an informal and comfortable setting.  Prepare to learn and to challenge your ideas as you get connected with other young singles and couples.

 

Young Adult Connect

Sundays at 10:30 a.m. in room A-6.  Join us for a hot, yet painless discussion of faith.  Come after the 9:30 services or before the 11:00 services.  New to Catalina?  We’d love to meet you! 

 

3rd Sunday Lunch

Join us on the third Sunday of every month for lunch!  We meet outside of the offices @ 12:15 (after the 11:00 service) and we carpool to lunch.  This is a great way to meet other young adults in the church!  Please join us, it is always a great time! 


IDEAS???

We are always looking for new things to do!  Do you have something that you think would be fun to do as a group?  Please let me know, I am more than willing to organize anything exciting for the Young Adults @ Catalina.  You can get my contact info below.

 

Other stuff to count on:
We serve meals to the homeless at Casa Maria.
We make Bible study and prayer a priority in our lives.
We have social, FUN! events on a monthly basis.
We go swimming, bowling, and to the movies.
We've been known to have groups get together for exercise.
We go hiking.
We find ways to serve the community of Tucson.
We participate with our denomination in larger events just for young adults.
